Kriegsfront Tactics Prologue
A downloadable game for Windows
Kriegsfront Tactics—Prologue is the proof of concept for Kriegsfront Tactics, an upcoming procedural turn-based mecha squad tactics game for military sim fans. In it, we combine elements from classic tactical strategy RPG games, roguelikes, and low-poly retro-style visuals.
In this prologue chapter, you'll experience the game's opening story and roughly the 1st hour of gameplay. Set in the alternate 1970s during an era of conflict in Southeast Asia, you'll play as the commander of a mecha squad sent behind enemy lines. Manage your squad, resources, and mechs. Complete your mission and survive the front while facing hard decisions that will test your morality.
Watch the mayhem and destruction unfold, metal against metal.
Customize your mech’s livery, salvage or swap parts, and equip weapons.
Explore the jungles of Southeast Asia during an era of conflict, encounter events, and uncover secrets in this alternate 1970s world.
Plan ahead, strategize, and use your tactical prowess to outsmart your enemies.

very good
good game
- sometimes the cinematics are really too slowly, i want a skip opt or x2
- i don't get it how to equip the items i found
- evade enemies from map traveling is broken i just need to wait his movement patterns
- is there something abt fuel when mechs move ?
- when you destroy a enemy mech legs why he can evade ? (or having a animation where his move. is strange i dont remember clearly..)
- what is the benefit of not counterattacking?
i like this kind of strategy games, but for some reason idk sometimes it feels slow the gameplay sometimes
maybe will be cool if characters appear animated like a gif and telling something when the character is selected (or when attacking taking damage, rip) with his voice. feeling more like people rather than a random character
god dam this the best game ever go go mech kill and hit let the steel melt and the fire grow
